    There is none. We provide this service for you free of charge. The only cost you can expect at any point would be if you should book a domestic airfare only flight. The charge for these flights covers the cost charged to us by the airline to issue the tickets.
    Some itineraries require payment in full before we can confirm the booking. Airfare is typically the only cost charged at the time of booking the reservation. Typically, hotel and car reservations are paid for at the time you arrive at the hotel/car agency. Should the hotel rate require pre-payment, it will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
    Cancellation fees are explained at the time of booking or provided for review on our booking portal at the time the reservation is completed.

    Most airfare tickets can be cancelled by midnight Eastern time the day after booking the flight.

    Most hotel and car reservations can be cancelled anytime up to 24 hours before arrival.

    Every cruise line has a different cancellation policy; your travel manager will explain it at the time of booking.

    For every reservation, a written copy will be included with your initial booking documents from us. Should there be a variation from the typical scenario listed above, we will make sure to explain it.

The insurance starts at $34, covers more situations than other travel insurance, and is typically paid out within two business days of starting the claim. We work with many international airlines and can get find rates as much as 50% less than advertised elsewhere online! These offers are not offered anywhere online or in our booking tool. They have to be booked with your travel manager.
