What does a travel agency actually do today?+
A modern agency saves you time, secures supplier-direct rates and amenities you cannot get online, manages traveler safety, and provides 24/7 human support when things go wrong. We are accountable for the outcome — not just the booking.
Is it more expensive to use a travel agent?+
In most cases no. Travel Leaders Network rates match or beat OTA pricing, and our negotiated amenities (resort credits, room upgrades, waived change fees) typically exceed any service fee charged.
What service tiers do you offer?+
Pay-As-You-Go (flat per-trip fee), Gold Full-Service (monthly managed), and Platinum Full-Service (dedicated agent, 24/7 line, VIP supplier escalations). See /services for full comparison.
Do you serve clients outside Colorado?+
Yes. We are based in Lakewood, CO and serve corporate and leisure clients across all 50 states. Our 24/7 line covers every U.S. time zone.
Can you integrate with Concur, Ramp, or Expensify?+
Yes. We mirror traveler profiles, expense policies, and approval workflows in your existing T&E platform so bookings flow into the same reporting pipeline.
Do you book corporate group travel and offsites?+
Yes — from 10-person team offsites to 1,000+ attendee conferences. Room blocks, contracted air, ground transportation, dine-arounds, and on-site staffing.
Do you plan destination weddings and honeymoons?+
Yes. We manage RSVPs, room blocks, vendor contracts, and on-site coordination, plus all-inclusive and adventure honeymoons.
What about cruise planning?+
We are accredited with all major cruise lines — Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, Carnival, MSC, Disney, Princess, Holland America, Virgin Voyages, Viking, and luxury lines (Silversea, Regent, Seabourn).
Do you sell travel insurance?+
We quote and book through Allianz, Travel Guard, and Travelex, and we always recommend coverage. Pre-existing condition waivers and cancel-for-any-reason riders are explained at quote.
