Agency role

Zip Trip Travel Management Services acts as a travel agent on behalf of clients. We book travel services (air, hotel, cruise, tour, rental) provided by third-party suppliers. We do not own or operate aircraft, vessels, vehicles, or accommodations and are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are valid until expiration noted and subject to availability. Prices may change until ticketed or confirmed. Currency conversions are estimates.

Payments & fees

Service fees, change fees, and supplier deposits will be disclosed before any charge. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by individual supplier policies and your travel insurance coverage.

Travel documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee admission to any country.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Coverage declined in writing waives our liability for trip interruption, medical, or cancellation losses.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the agency service fees paid to us for the affected booking. We are not responsible for delays, weather, force majeure, supplier insolvency, or other events outside our control.
